As an administrator, you can set up an integration to sync transactions in your Divvy account to QuickBooks Desktop. To set up this integration, you will need to download the Bill. When our app syncs the orders, it will also sync the associated products to QuickBooks Desktop file exactly like the details in Shopify.
Currently, we sync only the products associated with the orders that are synced. You may choose to create an individual customer in QuickBooks for all your Shopify customers and use them for orders OR you can select to sync all orders under one dummy customer.
We support Multi-currency integration as well. If your Store is in one currency and your QuickBooks Desktop file in another, our app will properly sync the data based on the currencies. This way you do not have to manage multiple QuickBooks Desktop files for each different store. Need an app subscription for each store.
Additional features might have an add-on charge based on feature. Orders prior to 2 months will be synced for an additional fee based on order volume. Our app currently works only with QuickBooks on Windows. It does not work with QuickBooks for Mac. Install with confidence, My only slight complaint which is not necessarily this softwares fault is large volume stores may have an issue with syncing payouts if you are using Right Networks to host your Quickbooks. Right Networks will disconnect after 2 hours of inactivity and this software requires the sync to be running non-stop for longer 8 hours a day for stores with lots of daily sales.
At first this application did not completely meet our needs, but customer service worked very consistently with us to meet our exact specifications.
